Platform & basics
What the product is and how it fits your workflow.
What is this platform for?
It connects people who need legal help with verified advocates and firms, and gives professionals tools to run their practice—directory presence, client and matter management, hearings, billing, and optional AI-assisted document drafting. It is a technology layer, not a law firm.
Is anything on the platform legal advice?
No. Descriptions, AI-generated drafts, articles, and automated suggestions are informational and drafting assistance only. Only a qualified advocate who understands your facts can give legal advice. Always review outputs before filing, signing, or sharing with clients.
Who can use the public directory?
Anyone can browse advocate and firm profiles that have been published by the professional. Use filters for location, practice area, and languages to shortlist people you may want to contact. Final engagement terms are between you and the advocate.
How do I post a legal query or get matched?
Depending on how your administrator configured the site, you may be able to submit a structured query from the homepage or contact flows. That submission is routed according to platform rules—it does not create a lawyer–client relationship until an advocate accepts and agrees with you.
Advocates & firms
Registration, access, and day-to-day portal use.
How do advocates or law firms join?
Use the advocate registration flow to submit your identity, bar enrollment or firm details, and any documents the administrator requires. After review and approval, you receive credentials and a workspace aligned with your subscription and access profile.
What kind of information will I need to register?
Typically professional name, contact, office location, practice areas, bar council enrollment (or firm registration where applicable), and supporting documents for verification. Exact fields depend on your jurisdiction and admin settings.
What can I do inside the advocate dashboard?
Manage clients, cases, documents, hearings, meetings, invoices, staff (where enabled), and your public profile—achievements and success stories you choose to show. Features available to you depend on your plan and tenant configuration.
Can law firms add multiple advocates?
Yes, where the product is configured for organizations, a firm can associate multiple professionals under one tenant, with roles and permissions managed from the workspace. Ask your administrator if multi-seat firm onboarding is enabled.
AI drafting & documents
What the legal generator does and what it does not do.
What does AI document drafting include?
You complete a structured intake that maps to agreement types and templates configured for your tenant. The system produces an editable rich-text draft you can refine, save, and export to PDF when your plan includes the legal generator module.
Will AI drafts be court-ready without review?
No. Treat every draft as a starting point. You must check facts, jurisdiction-specific law, parties, dates, and clauses. The platform does not guarantee enforceability or outcomes—professional judgment is always required.
Which kinds of documents are supported?
The catalog depends on what your administrator has enabled—commonly agreements, notices, powers of attorney, and similar templates with India-oriented presets where configured. New types can be added over time without you reinstalling anything.
How do I export or share a draft?
From the legal documents workspace you can download a print-oriented PDF that reflects the editor content. Sharing with third parties should follow your firm’s confidentiality and client-consent practices.
Privacy, security & support
Data boundaries, visibility, and getting help.
How is client and matter data protected?
Data is scoped to your tenant account. Use strong passwords, limit staff permissions, and follow your bar’s confidentiality rules. Treat the portal like any other system that holds privileged instructions—no substitute for your own security hygiene.
Can the public see my unpublished cases or files?
No. Your private dashboard, case files, and internal notes are not part of the public directory. Only content you explicitly publish—such as profile fields, achievements, or approved success stories—can appear on your public page.
Where do subscriptions and billing apply?
Certain modules (for example advanced portal features or AI drafting) may be tied to subscription plans. Your administrator or firm owner can confirm what is included. Platform fees are separate from professional fees you agree with clients.
Who do I contact for technical support?
Use the Contact page for product, access, or billing questions. For regulatory complaints, disciplinary issues, or disputes in a matter, consult your own counsel or the relevant bar council or authority as applicable.
