Terms of Service

"We," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the All Advocates platform.

"You" means the person or entity accepting these Terms, including advocates, law firms, staff authorized by a firm, administrators, and visitors who use public features.

"Content" means text, graphics, profiles, documents, queries, messages, and other materials submitted to or made available through the Services.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Where you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or misuse the Services.

The Services provide tools for legal professionals to operate their practice and for the public to discover verified profiles, submit inquiries where enabled, and access educational materials.

The Services are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Communications through the platform do not create an attorney–client relationship unless you separately establish such a relationship with a qualified professional. Always obtain independent legal advice for your situation.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with authorities where required. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate termination.

• Comply with applicable laws, court orders, and professional conduct rules.
• Do not attempt to breach, scan, or disrupt the platform or other users' data.
• Do not upload malware, spam, or misleading content.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, jurisdiction, or firm affiliation.
• Do not use the Services to facilitate illegal activity, harassment, or discrimination.
• Respect confidentiality obligations owed to clients and third parties.

You retain ownership of Content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and transmit your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services—including technical processing such as formatting and backup.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict Content that violates these Terms, appears unlawful, or creates liability for us or other users, subject to applicable law.

Certain badges or labels may indicate verification steps completed by the platform. Verification reflects information provided at a point in time and does not guarantee future compliance or outcomes in any matter.

Public profile fields are controlled by account holders. You are responsible for accuracy and updates to your professional information.

Some features may be offered on a subscription or usage basis. Fees, taxes, billing cycles, and refund policies will be presented at checkout or in an order form.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. Free tiers may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice where required.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Except where prohibited by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform operator and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to security, or as required by law.

Upon termination, rights granted to you cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution—will survive.

We may modify these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is mandated by applicable regulations for consumers in your region.

Except where prohibited, you agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
